If you use the contact form, your name, email address, business name and message are sent to us through the form service Web3Forms, which forwards them to our mailbox. We use this data only to answer you. Legal basis: your request and pre-contractual communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you email us directly, we process your message the same way. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton (Switzerland).
We sometimes email businesses whose public business contact address is listed on their own website or in a business directory, to offer a website. We use only the business contact data and what is publicly visible about the business. Every email can be answered with "no", and we will not contact you again. You can also ask us to delete the data we hold about you.
Contact form messages and emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for legal retention duties, then deleted. Outreach records are kept only to respect opt-outs.
